China India standoff at Ladakh LAC has reached a historic high ever since 1962.Both the countries have stockpiled huge ammunitions on either side and are staring each other eyeball to eyeball. Even as there is less likelihood that this faceoff will end in a war, yet both sides are fully prepared even as strategic talks at both military and diplomatic levels are underway. MoD Rajnath Singh informed the Parliament on Thursday that India is well prepared to take on any intrusion at the LAC.

It has taken the cudgels with as many as 23 of its neighbors. It has embarked on its ambitious one belt one road initiative and has engulfed many of its neighbors into a debt trap.
The dragon has a chip in its shoulder against India, particularly irked by India’s stand against the CPEC – ONE BELT ONE ROAD project. But as winter has already set on Ladakh the standoff is likely to get a cold feet till March next year.
